Insight into the coffee industry (difference between industry and manufacture)
Insight into roasting in our coffee workshop, the most modern and largest coffee factory in the state of Salzburg.
Green coffee purchasing & storage
Roasting - Differences Italian & French Roast
Filling & packaging
Detailed knowledge of coffee technology (operation & settings)
Training in the creation of coffee standards including milk frothing
Certificate per participant
-25% one-off for purchases in the shop. (not on technology)
